A Reformed Presbyterian Church
Lakewood Presbyterian Church is a small congregation that currently meets in a home. Our prayer is to grow into a paedo-baptist, Reformed, Bible-believing Presbyterian congregation serving the neighborhoods of northwest Knoxville and the Powell community. We want to be a church where Christ is at the center, Scripture shapes everything, and ordinary families are gathered and strengthened around Word, sacrament, and shared life together.
About Lakewood Presbyterian Church
Lakewood is a growing congregation that desires to love God, love one another, and love our neighbors in northwest Knoxville and Powell. We currently are a Bible study that meets Sunday nights at a home in Powell, and we hope to become a stable, multi-generational church where you and your family can be rooted in Christ, cared for by His people, and sent out to serve in everyday life.
What We Believe
We are intentionally paedo-baptist, Reformed, Bible-believing, and Presbyterian. That means we are committed to the authority of Scripture, the historic teachings of the Christian church, and the rich confessional heritage of Reformed Presbyterianism. We want everything we do to flow from clear, careful, and joyful biblical conviction.
